PROBLEM: A small family law practice had the skills to handle complex divorces but not the time or expertice to handle their own employement needs for support staff.

SOLUTION: After meeting with practice leadership, Gogolak developed a proposal to assume responsibility for payroll processing, human resources management and benefit provision. Gogolak took on responsibility for existing employees and has recruited talent to supplement the original team as the firm has grown and changed.

RESULT: The practice continues to attract and retain qualified legal assistants while growing the practice.
